In 1973, he was involved in the founding of Canagex Placements (now Fiera Capital), where he managed asset allocation and bond portfolios as Vice-President. In 1978, he assumed responsibility for government financing at Lévesque Beaubien, principally for the Province of Québec, Hydro-Québec, New Brunswick and the City of Montréal.In 1981, he joined the Bolton Tremblay team as Vice-President and Portfolio Manager. He was promoted to President in 1987. Bolton Tremblay was purchased by its managers in 1994. After Bolton Tremblay merged with Montrusco et Associés, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Montrusco Bolton, a Canadian investment management firm listed on the TSE with $ 10 billion in assets under management, from 1999 to May 2000. Mr. Landry is a former President of the Association des conseillers financiers du Québec and of the Association des économistes québécois. For several years he was a member of the Investment Committee of Capital Régional et Coopératif Desjardins and that of the Alberta Investment Management Corporation (the Alberta equivalent of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec). He is a board member of Garda World Security Corporation, Optimum Réassurance and Technoparc Montréal. He has a Bachelor of Economics from Collège Sainte-Marie and has completed the course work for a Master of Economics from the University of Ottawa. Bruce Park Chief Financial Officer 403.286.8381 brucepark@shaw.ca | Bruce Park has over twenty five years of Finance & Accounting and Project Management experience in the domestic and international arenas. During a 10 year period of overseas work, Bruce was the Project Manager in the development and implementation of financial systems and controls at facilities in Jakarta and Bontang, Indonesia. His experience includes project planning, analysis, implementation and cost and project accounting. In addition to the decade of international exposure, Bruce has managed financial and accounting operations from head offices in New York as well as regional offices in Calgary. These assignments have provided both the knowledge and experience to effectively establish and monitor time, quality, and cost priorities for capital intensive and complex projects. Mr. Park has extensive management accounting experience to complete and/or coordinate all Finance & Accounting activities related to the power generation facility. Mr. Park holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and is a Certified Management Accountant. |
Doug St. Pierre Vice President of Operations 780.960.2330 doug@northstonepower.com | Doug St. Pierre has been working in the power industry for over twenty years, and has extensive experience developing power projects, from project inception to facility construction. While working with Westlock-Algonquin Power, he assisted in the development of two biomass power generation facilities in Alberta. Over the last twenty years Mr. St. Pierre has gained extensive knowledge in the de-regulated power market in Alberta. He has developed many key industry related relationships, including gas and power marketers, engineering and construction firms. Mr. St. Pierre holds a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Alberta. |

He has had over two decades of experience in the energy sector, having begun his career in oil refining, then migrating to the electricity business early on.
